Crazy itching... Can't sleep!
Hi there just wondered if anyone has any advise or is going through the same thing. My son was born March 2015 and I needed corrective surgery after my episiotomy in November 2015. Since the op the skin around my peranium and anus has become really sore, thick and itchy. Nice hey?! I have been using antihistamine and anaesthetic creams to help but the creams now seem to have the opposite effect to what they should do and irritate the skin even more. To add to complication I've just found out in six weeks pregnant, which is fantastic but unplanned so the hospital say they can't do anything to help me until the new arrival comes. Plus pharmacies say no to antihistamine. I had two hours sleep with it last night and I am beside myself as to what to do for the next 34 weeks! Any advise appreciated x
