Membrane sweep ? Castor oil ?

Has anyone thought about it or had it done ? I'm 38 weeks and SOOOOOOOOO ready to deliver I'm going to Try getting my membranes swept at my next doctors apt and I'm going to try castor oil at home but just wondering has anyone thought about trying these methods ?

What is a membrane sweep? And ive only heard castor oil is dangerous for the baby

I wouldn't do the castor oil. To high of a risk for something to go wrong.

Walk. Hydrate. Sex. Take your pick.

Do NOT do castor oil. It's so dangerous. Worst thing ever on the "at home remedies to induce labor"! Have sex! Walk! Nipple stimulation!

Walking is the best method. I walked with my mom the night I went into labor with my son he is now 11 years old. I walk most nights and my belly gets really hard with this baby. I'm 34.6 weeks with my daughter.

Don't do castor oil the baby may poop and if the baby swallows it it could be very dangerous

I had a membrane sweep yesterday morning my mucus plug has been coming out in chunks today and having irregular contractions so still waiting on it to work I'm 38+4
