Could i be pregnant?

what if im pregnant and i don't know it and take a sip of alcohol would it make my stomach hurt alot? Ive never felt rhis pain before i just tasted the alcohol and now im feeling super nauseous and i even had to go use the bathroom for number 2 and still feel like throwing up, i have a very bad pain in my stomach and it loterally came out of nowhere, could i be pregnant?
