Need advice

I live in a small town and I suspect that the people who live next door sell drugs I don't want to say anything bc well things get out and I am currently 8 months pregnant and don't want anything to happen to me and my baby from opening my mouth but when they have numerous cars over there all hours of the day and night stating for a few seconds to a min and leaving when you see someone over there that you used to date and know for a fact they used meth and other drugs and know a girl who you went to school with who was on the newspaper for getting busted for different kids if drugs what would you do .
