Bacterial Vaginitis or BV

Okay, so I have had what I think is a BC infection for about a couple weeks.. I have only had sex with my boyfriend, and not even that often.. I am so confused as to how this happened!! We are very short on money right now and I cant get to a doctor to prescribe me any antibiotics because of the cost.... What are some things that will help treat it other than antibiotics?!?!?!
