Soy???

Question

Does anyone else use soy formula? How do you help with constipation? What kind do you use? Did you have to try different kinds? So many questions, please help!

When we were doing formula all she could comfortably consume was soy. The doctor said since she would get constipated to try diluted apple juice. We never tried because we just switched to breastfeeding completely but my friend had the same problem with her baby and tried it, she said it worked wonders.

Only thing I know about soy is yur jot suppose to use it with boys a lot. There's something about it that isn't good for them.. not sure what my stepdad told me not to give my son too much tofu cuz it's made from soy.
