Help what is this🙈🙈

I didn't get my depo shot when I was supposed to. I was supposed to get it last monday. I have had unprotected sex since monday and before that. I have been having hot flashes, super hungry, spotting on and off, cramping on and off, dizziness, more tired, yeast infection, back pain (lower and upper), headaches, sore nipples. What could this be? Is it my hormones coming back to normal?
