For moms with preeclampsia or those in med field

Did/do you get pains under the ribcage? If so, how often?

I could just be paranoid here, but I've been feeling "off" lately with high-ish BP (whole pregnancy has been in lower 100s/60s, last two weeks have been mid to high 150s/mid 80s) swelling in the hands and feet and today I've had sharp shooting pains in the right side under my ribcage.

I went to L&D last week for the first two symptoms and was discharged and told not to home-monitor my BP and stay away from Google. I don't want to be that paranoid pregnant lady that keeps going in when everything's fine. Feeling like a confused hypochondriac; any advice? 😯
