Elevated Doppler and still had a natural birth or VBAC?

Question

So I've had elevated dopplers this pregnancy.  I was wondering if I would still be able to have a VBAC or natural childbirth without loosing my daughter,  or going into a C-Section.

I've taking care of pt with decreased dopplers and those babies usually don't tolerate labor well.  The decrease in blood flow from the placenta during contractions can put a pretty big strain on the baby.  I've seen it end both ways however. Some moms are able to deliver vaginally but most end up with a cesarean. It all depends on your Drs threshold and the baby's tolerance to labor. This is something you need to discuss with your dr.
