Always first, never last(s).

So, for some reason condoms make my boyfriend EXTREMELY sensitive, to the point where he simply can not last longer than a few seconds without finishing. How can we try and fix this? Is it even fixable? Getting rid of the condoms is a definite no-go, but he constantly feels really guilty because I rarely get to finish. HELP. Thanks in advance, ladies!
