I have a question

Does anyone have pcos that has experienced a ruptured cyst? Did you get your period like normal? I dont know whats going on with me i took 3 test all negative. I know i would of known if my cyst ruptured i was jw. I am officially 12 days late for my period and as well i have had only two days of spotting dark red and brown mucus stuff it was gross but there wasnt alot of it. Thank you my appts not until july 22nd so im just impatient
