Help!

Ok so last night I went in the hospital for what I thought were contractions.... witch indeed they were, chest pain, and it felt as if the baby was pushing himself out!(scaryyyyy) they decided to keep me over night.... I signed my self out at like 6am because no changes were happening, I was 1 cm dilated when I went in, 86 effaced.... she could feel baby's head! When I left it was 1.5 cm dilated 95 effaced, go back in tonight too see if there's progress being made, also my contractions were like every 35-60 mins apart.... I'm only 33 weeks though what can I do?
