Vision problems

Has any one had sudden vision issues like blurred vision? Vision distortions or any sudden temporary vision issues since being pregnant and on prenatal?! I am here watching the awards and all of a sudden my vision in my left eye became blurry and I could not see properly. The people on the tv's faces began to drop on the left side. Freaked me the fuck out! Has anyone experienced any vision issues?!
