LOW SPERM COUNT... :( HELP

I had my husband do an at home sperm count test. It came out that his is low. As we have been trying to have a baby for 5 years!!! What can he do or what can I do to help him boost his sperm. I really don't want to go through infertility treatments... as we have no money for that. But, anyone else have had this? What did you do for your hubby, and did it help??? Trying to find answers!!!!!
