Thrush help
Hi all,
I started getting shooting pains in one nipple/breast two days ago and it's since gotten much worse. It's so painful during feedings, and almost worse in between them. Shooting pains now reaching by arm pit and it's spreading to left side. I have an oversupply and soak through bras and bamboo pads hourly and suspect that may be how I got it, but who knows. Baby not showing any signs yet but I'm calling pediatrician today.
I've been airing out, and swabbing with water/ACV and coconut oil after each feed. Any tips or advice? Thank you!
