Is this implantation bleeding?

My period due July 8th going to doctor today get a blood test and pregnancy test

If it's implantation, I'm curious to know if a doctor can diagnose pregnancy this early. I've heard of people going in to get a blood test too early and coming back with a false negative. Let me know! 
P.s. af due the same day for me! 
And yes, that might be a little on the early side for implantation, but I've heard of stranger things. Good luck! Let me know what the doctor says!

I had the same thing last night it wasn't much then nothing all night then a little dime sized spot this morning when I wiped. Then nothing since.
