Period from hell😭

Hey guys I got my period yesterday and it has to be the worst one I've ever experienced. I've lots of big clots which never happens and I went through 11 pads yesterday and I'm now on my 8th one of the day. I'm in so much pain I had to take the day off work I took 2 ibuprofens 500mg and 2 paracetamol 1 hour ago and they usually work for me. I can't sleep with the pain can somebody help me and give me some advice before I go mad  thank you😊
