Working at a doctors office and getting irritated with patients!

I work at a primary care facility, I've been there for almost 5 years so a lot of the regulars know me. Well since I've started showing I get asked a lot about the pregnancy... How far along? Boy or girl? Is this your first? (No I have a 6 year old) oh wow that's quite the gap blah blah "oh I didn't know you were pregnant I just thought you put on a few pounds" ... I'm getting annoyed with all the questions and even if they don't ask they stare at my belly, not to mention the "advice" ugh! Anyone else?
