7 mos old not sleeping

My daughter is 7 mos old and lately she has been waking up from about 1:00am on, she goes back to sleep for an hour then back up again then down for another hour....it's exhausting. I expected this when she was a newborn but I felt like not she should be getting up a lot less. She does not need to feed and her diapers are dry. It just seems like she can't get comfortable, she's constantly moving around to find a good spot to lay. Anyone else experience this? She is getting some new teeth so maybe that could be an issue to?
