Anyone else have a baby who DOES NOT NAP? 😵

Seriously, he doesn't nap ever. He literally hasn't slept more than 30minutes today. He's 8 weeks & has always been this way.

He doesn't even sleep good at night! Last night he slept 4 hours and woke up & slept 1 hour and then was up for the day at 3am (and took that 30minute nap).

Other times he won't sleep during the day and he will still wake up every hour. Night before last, he woke up 6 times within 7 hours at night.

Is this normal? Is there Anything I can do? I already do a bedtime routine. I do bath time, lotion, diaper, swaddle, lullaby songs while he nurses. That usually gets him to sleep initially at night... but he doesn't stay asleep for very long.
