Okay so I have seen that a lot of women get cramping relief by pooping and this is usually the case with me. Lately, my cramps make me go to the bathroom but when I do I get moments of utter pain like my insides are cramping up. I can't really describe where the pain comes from but it's somewhere in my digestive tract for sure. This only happens on my period! Sometimes the pain makes me grip the countertop and scream and sometimes it goes away almost as quick as it came. If I sit down on a chair wrong the pain even comes. But again only on my period! Does this happen with anyone else? Am I just constipated lmao?
