Diarrhea during Your Period?
When my period begins so does the pain and almost instantly I begin to have severe diarrhea , i just found it very strange and i did some research and i read that digestion Is messed up during your period but It's completely normal . Its Prostaglandins- ( aka the pain hormone)
and it happens when your progesterone is high , Progesterone is the hormone that increases immediately after ovulation and decreases slowly until its levels drop enough to trigger menstruation, and
once menstruation is triggered, chemicals called prostaglandins are released .
If anyone else is having this ,what do you do or take?
