IBS or Crohn's Disease during pregnancy

Before I found out I was pregnant, I was about to get testing for IBS and was scheduled for a colonoscopy and endonoscopy. Now that I'm approaching my second trimester both my OB and my gastroenterologist agree that I can continue with my tests. For moms who have IBS or Crohn's Disease, what is like while being pregnant? I know for me right now using the bathroom isn't something that's too pleasant for me. I actually dread it.
