Has anyone experienced severe pain? Like the front of my vagina bone feels like it's splitting in half. Earlier today I couldn't even stand up strait or walk? I had to crawl to the couch and lay down for an hour or two... I had this earlier in my pregnancy and my doc called it ligament pain from stretching. Now it's back even worse!!

I've read about pelvic girdle pain. And I'm thinking that's what I have. I'm seeing my doctor for my 32 week appointment in two days. Just wondering what people have done for this type of pain? I've been resting, but it seems like that makes me more stiff. Then walking is excruciating.... I don't know what to do anymore. :(
