So I was masturbating and vaginally for the first time with a vaginal applicator it was thin but idk if I scraped some skin from the vaginal walls and I'm pretty sure I probably torn my hymen , but on the outter part  it was a scratch with little blood. I regret putting my vaj through torture never doing that again. I know it was pretty stupid but it's like a week later and the outer exterior of my vagina is kind of sore? What should I do will it heal on its own?
