Restless Legs?

Anyone else dealing with this? Never had it with my other pregnancies. As if it wasn't hard enough to sleep already I feel like I need to constantly move my legs 😩

Any tips on relief?

Iron! Talk to your dr about how much is safe to add but I started taking 70mg a day about a month ago and within a week my restless legs had gone from awful to hardly noticeable most nights!

Yessss! I had to make a bath at 1230am! It was the only thing that helped!

Make sure your iron and magnesium levels are good, magnesium is best absorbed through the skin so baths with Epsom salt help so much right before bed!! Also, if it gets really bad try a banana because potassium can also be a cause!

Mine get a painful creepy crawly feeling that only goes away when I tighten the muscles or move my legs. Just tested blood for iron in the meantime hot baths at bed :)

I feel your pain! I had it really badly during the first trimester, it went away during the second, but now that third trimester is here it's unfortunately back again. My fiancé got me a body pillow so wrapping my legs around it at night seems to help calm them down. I also drink a crap-ton of water and that seems to help, but the only downside to that is getting up literally every two hours to pee just to come back and reposition myself to getting comfortable again.

I've been using essential oils. I only need one drop under each of my feet (I add an extra drop behind my knee of its really bad) and it's instantly gone. It's crazy how fast it works.
