If a baby has reflux do they for sure spit up??

Past three days my baby has been so fussy and crying and farting a lot but I have been giving her gas drops and it's like when she farts she feels better but then is screaming more and everytime I go to lay her in crib past couple of days she just starts crying until I pick her up and put her on my chest

Colic. Is your baby tucking her legs in as if in pain? Does the baby cry late afternoon to the night? If so, it's colic. Go and see your doctor.
