HELP ME NOW

I'll be 5 weeks pp tomorrow 7-2-16 an today my husband a I had partly sex he only stuck it in an out like a couple times NO HE DID NOT GET OFF but i know there is pre-cum then fingered me really hard til I got off what's the chances of pregnancy I'm beyond freaking now...I'm kinda cramping is that cause his fingered me hard?? I so hope I didn't just get pregnant our baby is only a month...IM FREAKING OUT SO BAD please help
