Clots two weeks before period

I had unprotected sex last Thursday and he had pulled out but I am due for my period in two weeks and today I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had a lot of dark red blood clots and I was spotting a bit. I also threw up this morning but I thought it may have just been that I took medicine without eating.Does anyone know what this could be? I took a pregnancy test tonight which showed negative but I don't believe it's very accurate if it had only been last Thursday. Please comment reply whatever I'm really nervous and just want to know what this could be. Thank you. ❤
