What is it supposed to feel like?

I was wondering why do I always feel like I have to pee right after I masturbate? Even if I pee right before I still feel that way. I've been masturbating for years and I've always been afraid to ask anyone about it. It always looks very clear, or sometimes has a slight hint of yellow. Is it really pee or something else?
