3rd IUI?

Question

2nd IUI with donor sperm failed. I'm 27 and have no fertility issues...just a lesbian! Deciding if I should try again now or wait a while. Anyone else with no known fertility issues have to try 3 or more times for their BFP? And is there any benefit to doing IUI cycles consecutively rather than spacing them out?

Soo looks like this 3rd try was a bust as well :( It's 15dpiui and I'm getting a BFN. No AF yet so a tiny bit of hope left!

Monica, are you cycles medicated? My wife and I go for our first baseline ultrasound tomorrow afternoon. We attempted at home with a known donor (fresh sperm) a few times with no luck.  We took a couple months off and are now on CD3 of this first IUI cycle with frozen donor sperm. There's so many positives and negatives of both. Anyways, I'm just curious...

I am 30 years old, also a lesbian. Our 3rd IUI was successful. Unfortunately, that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage in May. I just had my 4th IUI yesterday (1st since the miscarriage). Hang in there, it will happen!

I just had my 5th IUI, and I'm in the same boat as you. Using a donor, no fertility issues, just a lesbian as well lol. I'm a week into the TWW. My previous 4 IUI's didn't take, but my doctor told me that consecutive IUI's have no bearing to conceiving, that breaks between don't lessen your chances. Good luck!

I don't think there is a benefit of doing iui back to back other than the chances of getting pregnant sooner are better. Why are you thinking of taking a break? Third times a charm. Baby dust to you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😀
