Natural birth control
Hey Ladies! Have any of you ever tried a natural method of birth control? I have had terrible reactions to everything from hormones to even condoms. So my boyfriend and I did some research and came up with a natural plan that works for us. I use Queen Ann's Lace tincture, which works to make your uterus slippery and unable to hold an egg, and a sea sponge soaked in apple cider vinegar inserted into my vagina after sex as a spermicide. This is all combined with the natural family planning method (tracking ovulation and fertility) and pulling out. It's been working great for us so far. Anyone else have any experience with natural alternative methods?
