Breast pain.
Hi ladies. Am exclusively breast feeding my 4 months old. Every now & then when I go for many hours without breast feeding or pumping I feel like either a lump or just pain (engorgment) & usually goes away after I express my milk.
Today in the morning woke up with this pain in my right breast. Thought Its just extra milk. I pumped. Then I fed my baby then re fed him again. It's been almost a whole day now the pain is still there. Like in the bottom of the breast. Even when am lifting my arm to grab smth it really hurts. I checked myself out. There is no lumps there no red spots. Toning out of the ordinary. But it's nust so painful. Anyone had this before ?
