I feel like I missed my chance this month

So I got dollar store ovulation tests and I took one yesterday and one today both negative. Tmi... So I usually have discharge for a few days but I didn't know that meant I was ovulating. And so far haven't got it yet and it's been 18 days since the start of my last period. My period was a week late last month so I had a 38 day cycle. So maybe my period is gonna be late this month to. I feel sad right now cause I started taking folic acid 400 Mcg and aspirin 81mg and b12. This past week. I just bought preseed to and I don't want to waste all the applicators just to bd every other day. And most of the time at night I feel sick so I don't even want to bd. 😩
