Question about preseed please help

We've been trying to conceive for about 18 months and would like to try something to help things along besides ovulation tests and prenatals recently we heard of preseed and want to give it a try... But we also heard there is greater chance of miscarriage because it lets the weak spearm get a chance also does this seem logical or does it seem like a lot of people miss after using preseed curious for answers because I know there isn't any medical science behind it just experience
