Help me

The past eight days I'm been feeling bad abdominal cramp two days in which I had spotting and vommitting and sometimes I get headaches I went to the gynecologist and she said everything is fine she don't know what's wrong I took a hpt and it was negative so what could be the problem why am I in so much pain
