Anyone pregnant with low progesterone?

I'm so tired of my doctors right now. I developed hypothyroidism and started meds. When I first found out my thyroid was low my progesterone was 10.9. I spot days before my period. After a month being on synthroid my thyroid is normal but my progesterone went way down to 3.9 and I spot even longer. I had a hsg test for this it's normal. My doctor wants to wait 2 months to retest my progesterone to let my thyroid Balance everything out. REALLY? IT'S fine now.. but I don't want to wait I want something for my progesterone now. I want to know if anyone who's pregnant have low progesterone and if you spotted and what did your doctor do for u. It's been a year ttc. I'm emotionally over this. Should I see a specialist?
