Am I Ovulating? Confused?

​the top test is from yesterday the 10th & the bottom is from today the 11th... I can't decide if the top test is indicative of ovulation? my temperature went up to 97.0 the 9th & up again to 97.5 yesterday... anytime I've checked it today it's been anywhere from 97.1 to 97.9 (I know day time temps don't count but I've been checking out of curiosity) so definitely a spike. The top test is the darkest test I've gotten this week & all the tests before it have been lighter & gotten darker each day but the smiley face tests haven't detected a surge at all??? would my temp go up if I didn't ovulate?
