Horrible side effects?

I started MonoNessa 5 days ago and haven't been okay since. My cramps worsened ten fold, I've been vomiting, experiencing extreme dizziness to the point where I feel unsafe driving, and I literally bawled my eyes out for 3 hours last night and I don't even know why I was sad. Due to nausea I lost my appetite and have lost 8 pounds since starting. My bf really wants me to stop taking it or switch. In your opinion, should I give it any longer or are the side effects affecting me worse than normal?
