Help please dont know what to do ?

When i was one month they check me i was fine i live mexico with my bd i come to usa to check for my bby i recently got told now im 5 months i have chlymidia i oviously havent been with noone els idk what do talk to my bd try work thigs out & put altermation or completly shut him out break up with him is worth the fighting to make things work. First time this happends too me? please help if i would say when he cheated or whatever i would say it was in the last two months cus he dont go out only time i know of him going out was with his friends was twice to a bar. We always togther exepet that time he when out. at moment im in usa i had plan to go back to mexico idk what to do?
