High blood pressures at 20 weeks 😳

Last Tuesday my bp was 165/95 I was sent to hospital and saw my ob. She is having me track my bps for two weeks to see if I'll be placed on meds. My bps are labile. They have been okay, but today I have my headache and check my BP. First time it was 152/95 second time 153/97.when I layed on my left side it went down to 116/90. So I called L&D even though she said not to call until it's 160/100. They told me to to just lay down and if it's still high in a few hours call back. Has anyone dealt with labile blood pressures? I'm 20 weeks exactly.
