Cuts on husbands penis 🙇🏻

My husband and I had sex a while ago. I wasn't very wet, after sex he felt a sting and he had two little paper cut looking cuts on his penis and bumps. We have both been checked for std's and all and know it isn't that . So we have no idea what it could be!!! Me being dry I was in pain for a bit. Has anyone had a similar situation ? We aren't making a huge deal about it yet. Last time he had a problem down there was when I had a yeast infection *i didn't know when we had sex* but he healed soon after that. That was like a year ago. He's not in pain or anything it was just shocking for us.
