Discharge?

I am 11 weeks today. My first ultrasound was at 8 weeks so I haven't seen my baby since then. I have had morning sickness daily and breast tenderness. I get cramps as well. I keep reading about vaginal discharge but I've not really had any. Does EVERY pregnant lady get discharge? Am I supposed to have discharge? Should I be worried that I don't? I am a first time mom. I don't see my OB again for another week and a half.
