38 weeks and PUPPS

Made it this far and now I have a rash like around my belly and spreading to my hands and feet area. They're little but OMG sooooo itchy! I have my 38 weeks appt today and I heard they give you steroid cream which works half the time. So far baby is heads up so most likely will be scheduling a csection today for next week (39 weeks). 😪 Anyone have any relief tips?!
