Baby acne?

I've noticed this on my son's face and sometimes around his eyebrows. Is this normal? He's 2 weeks today 😕

Extremely normal. My son's acne came right before 2 weeks. It got really red. Then started to go away again. About 5 days later it's basically gone now. The Dr gave us a rx for it if it flares up red and angry again. But she also specifically said not to use any drug store products on his face.   It should clear on its own!

My newborn has the same thing. Baby acne. I am using cetaphil wash, it's made for babies. I was told by the doctor to use it after every feeding. I just dabb some on a cotton ball with water and go over her face and then dabb is dry. Worked like a charm within a few days. Bought it at publix.

Switched my lo to goats milk and it was gone within 36hrs. Maybe try eliminating dairy? But only if youre really worried. My lo had severe reflux issues so the acne clearing up was just a bonus.
