Mines says EDD. It will look like an actual date. It won't decimals and other stuff.

The D is for Department and OB is for obstetrics.

Sometimes it will list your DOB but the baby hasn't been born so the baby does not have a DOB.

I don't think so, since date of birth only refers to something that's actually happened. On my docs, they use EDD (estimated due date). Did they tell you that?

No, that's ultrasound machine stuff. I don't think the ultrasounds have the due date listed, some have how many weeks you are though
