Oral Sex Help

This is kind of embarrassing since I've never really experienced this before, but oral sex with my boyfriend tends to be one sided. I go down south for him far more often than he does for me. He doesn't really do it unless I directly ask him to, sometimes it even feels like I'm begging. He says it's not that he doesn't like it, but he doesn't think he's good at it. I don't really know, Does anyone else experience this? Any advice?
