First time sick

So im a new mom. My boy is 6 weeks old and I just cant help to worry and think about how i am gonna be able to handle being sick. Like the flue or something. There are some moments in the day that the bathroom calls and it just cant wait and im left with no choice but to hear my son cry for a mintue. Breaks my heart. It just makes me think and ask myself how am I gonna handle it when I get the flu. I am one of those people that just sleeps through being sick. Cant be doing that anymore. Just wondering if you remember the first time you got sick after your baby was born. And how you were able to deal with it.
