Deleting Glow Account Question

Hello! When you email the glow team to delete your account, is all your personal info, posts, and comments in the community deleted too? I want to delete my account because I have privacy concerns. I want all of my content deleted because I have reason to fear doxing, or other malicious actions. Also, I had Glow, and now I use Glow nurture. If my account and content is deleted from Glow nurture, does that also mean I don't have Glow either? I want both accounts gone. I had the same credentials for both apps.
