Sleeping on your back
Hey mamas! Is sleeping on your back the worst thing in the world? All of my apps have been so against it, and I have been consistently fallin asleep on my left side but I always wake up on my back. 😳 I'm 22 weeks pregnant and just wonder if I should be worried. Not that I know how to control myself while I'm asleep....lol
